Christmas time!! Tis the season to be gifting and it can be exhausting going around, shopping at forty different stores in one day and only going home with three things after all of that…
Crazy right?! So here is a list of great gift ideas that are easy and can be given to anyone in your life, from your mom and your bestie to your spouse or in-laws.
Make a scarf!
Sounds hard, but let me share a little secret… looms are your best friend! You can knit a scarf with a loom in no time. I made a scarf and matching headband for my sister for Christmas and you can too! Never done it before? No problem, here is a link to two videos (Vid 1 & Vid 2) to show you how to get started and how to finish it off!
Find fun socks!
So funky sock patterns are in and they make a great gift for the men in your life! I got them for husband and brother-in-law. It was an easy gift buy for me and fun for them too, they can still dress professionally and secretly they get to be goofy and vibrant. You can get them online or at your favorite local retailer.
Okay, this one is obvious, who doesn’t like a candle?! These make great gifts for your neighbors, mother-in-law, mom, aunts, sister, co-workers, friends. It’s the easiest of easy gift ideas. Not into burning toxins into the air, no problem, gift an organic soy candle.
Delicious and fun. You can make a variety of cookies and put them in tins and voila the perfect little gift for anyone! You can buy a pack of Christmas tins from Amazon for $12, and then you’ll just need the ingredients for the variety of cookies you want to make. This year I chose 4 different types fo cookies to make and I’m also going to include chocolate covered pretzels as well. I’m making cookie tins for my neighbors. Done and done.
Wine is always great choice as far as gifts go. While it can be tricky if you don’t know what you’re looking for, you can just go to your local spirits and wine store and ask for a suggestion. For example, I know my sister-in-law likes dry reds, but since I do not I had no clue what was good, so I just asked the nice lady at the wine store. ^_^
