Here are eight of my favorite juicing recipes! I have experimented a bunch and many have not turned out great, but these are all nutrient dense and delicious! Enjoy!
1.) 1 Watermelon, 2 lime, 2 inches ginger.
2.) 2 handfuls of baby carrots, 5 nectarines, 1 apple, 1 yellow beet, 5 inches turmeric.
3.) 25 celery, 4 pears, 2 inches ginger.
4.) 2 cucumbers, handful of mint, 2 limes, 1 inch ginger.
5.) 1 pineapple, handful of spinach, handful of kale, 2 inches ginger, 1 apple, bunch of parsley.
6.) 1 pineapple, 5 carrots, 3 inches turmeric, 3 inches ginger.
7.) ½ watermelon, 1 beet, 1 lemon, 1 inch ginger.
8.) 10 carrots, 2 mangos, 1 inch turmeric, 1 inch ginger
Just a Side Note –Juicing can be time consuming if you are making a bunch at one time. I only prep three days at the most as juices lose nutrient over time. I use a masticating juicer (slow juicer) and store them in canning jars, this ensures I am able to keep most of the nutrients even if not consumed right away. They are always better is consumed immediately.
